Abstract

The article describes the application of scenario forecasting technology based on cognitive modeling to assess development options for urban environment objects, including those related to cultural heritage. The article presents the features of managing the property complex and territory of municipalities, which requires taking into account a wide range of initial data on the state of the objects of the territory. The main reasons causing the destruction of cultural and historical objects are formulated. The factors of the effectiveness of restoration activities are determined. A cognitive model for the development of restoration projects is presented, on the basis of which a number of scenarios for the transformation of an urban environment object are considered, allowing one to assess the effectiveness of the proposed activities.
