EVOLUTION OF ARCHITECTURE OF VISITING CENTERS OF NATURAL AND NATIONAL PARKS
Abstract
Visitor centers of natural and national parks play a significant role in informing and educating visitors about the natural features of the parks, their ecosystems, flora and fauna, as well as providing information about accessible routes and activities. When designing and constructing such centers, attention should be paid to the harmony of architecture with the surrounding natural environment. The main periods are analyzed and the corresponding tables illustrating this process are presented. This allows us to understand the evolution of approaches to the design of visitor centers of natural and national parks, their role in education and nature conservation, and the impact on park ecosystems. The obtained data and conclusions can be useful for improving the design, management and development of visitor centers, as well as for further research in the field of protection and ecology of natural areas. The study not only expands the understanding of the organization of tourism infrastructure in natural and national parks, but can also serve as the basis for the development of effective strategies for the development of tourism in natural reserves. The history of the development of visitor centers of natural and national parks is important for understanding the evolution of ecotourism and biodiversity conservation in different countries of the world. Some striking examples of the process of evolution of the architecture of visitor centers of natural and national parks are considered. Analysis of the development and distribution of visitor centers is an important component of the conservation and promotion of unique natural resources, balancing the needs of visitors with the goals of environmental activities.
