Abstract

The article considers an approach to supporting decision-making on the implementation of sustainable development of urbanized territories of the municipality based on improving the efficiency of the use of communal resources. A method for choosing options for improving the management of engineering systems (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) to achieve the target class of energy efficiency of buildings, improve the aesthetic appearance of existing and constructed facilities is proposed. The factors of development of energy efficiency of building objects are analyzed. The expediency of introducing software products for automating the management of engineering systems in the design of modern capital construction projects is substantiated on the basis of the hierarchy analysis method. The chosen research method in making managerial decisions correlates with a complex system of interdependent components (necessary resources, goals to be achieved, objects of influence, deadlines for implementation, etc.) that require analysis, forecasting, and also reveals the most important criteria for evaluating alternative options for the development of objects. The use of this approach in the design and construction of buildings will improve the operational properties of the created objects, minimize the risks of investing, optimize the costs of the current maintenance of buildings and structures. The ability to choose informed decisions will also make it possible to contribute to the preservation and improvement of the ecology of urban space, as well as to increase the comfort of city residents’ stay in residential and non-residential facilities.
