Abstract

The article examines the problems related to ensuring safety and rapid response to emergency situations in cities. With the rapid growth of cities and an increase in the number of residents, solving these problems is becoming key for municipalities. Citizens face various situations that require the intervention of emergency services. However, there is a lack of awareness about the activities of these services, and there is no single entry point for submitting troubleshooting requests and evaluating the quality of work performed. The article offers a solution concept in the form of developing a chatbot based on artificial intelligence (AI), which will ensure effective and convenient access of citizens to emergency services. Such a chatbot will allow you to quickly send requests for emergency situations, automatically transfer requests to service operators, as well as display and update the status of requests. In addition, innovative AI capabilities will allow recognizing and classifying problems, prioritizing applications, offering solutions, and automatically notifying citizens when work is completed. Special attention is paid to using the information obtained to account for the frequency of accidents and build a map of emergency areas, which contributes to making optimal decisions in the reconstruction and overhaul of communal life support systems. Using an AI-based chatbot is an effective tool for improving the safety and quality of urban living. It allows you to quickly and conveniently contact emergency services, provides easy communication with city residents, as well as research and analyze data on accidents and the quality of work to make informed decisions aimed at improving living conditions in cities.
