SCENARIO FORECASTING IN THE PLANNING OF RESTORATION OF URBAN FACILITIES

Abstract

The article describes the application of scenario forecasting technology based on cognitive modeling to assess the development options for urban objects, including cultural heritage. The features of the management of the property complex and the territory of municipalities are given, requiring consideration of a wide range of initial data on the condition of the objects of the territory. The main reasons for the destruction of cultural and historical sites are formulated. The factors of effectiveness of restoration activities have been determined. A cognitive model of the development of restoration projects is presented, on the basis of which a number of scenarios for the transformation of an urban environment object are considered, allowing to assess the effectiveness of the proposed measures.
