NEW URBAN LIFE STYLES OF THE POPULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SAKHA (YAKUTIA)

Abstract

The article analyzes the results of sociological studies conducted in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in different years (2011, 2017 and 2020) using mathematical-statistical, economic and demographic approaches, which made it possible to identify new lifestyles of the population in the space of Yakut society. The formation of new urban lifestyles, which are based not only on the economic behavior of the individual, but also on cultural components (features of value orientations, educational qualifications, social activity, etc.), as well as, for the first time in regional sociology, the marital and sexual behavior of the individual, in particular their attitude towards marriage, can be traced from the first observation in 2011. The methods of factor rotation (varimax), cluster analysis, and the k-means method were used. The use of the principal component method and factor analysis proved that the most powerful markers of the stratification of society into certain lifestyles are the integrated components of life values, educational and economic.
