This article analyzes approaches and technologies used to address vehicle breakdown registration, simplify employee interaction, and store and systematize information about the city’s public transport fleet. It describes the development of a program for monitoring the operation and maintenance of a passenger transport company’s rolling stock by automating the repair and maintenance records of public transport. The proposed program combines vehicle breakdown registration, simplified employee interaction, and the storage and systematization of information about each vehicle, including a history of breakdowns, repairs, installed spare parts, mileage, and upcoming maintenance dates. The article presents the development stages of a mobile system for monitoring the registration, recording, and repair of passenger vehicle rolling stock and organizing communication between the trolleybus depot divisions of the Volgograd Metroelectrotrans Municipal Unitary Enterprise.
